What we use
Latin Box uses technical cookies, which are necessary for the platform to work, and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies to understand how the website is used, improve it and see which ads work.
Technical cookies (always active)
- lb_session (first-party): keeps you logged in. Expires after 30 days or when you log out.
- lb_chat (first-party): only if you use the help chat without an account, so you can see your conversation and our replies. Expires after 6 months.
We also store in your browser (local storage, not cookies) your player preferences (volume and repeat) and your answer to the cookie notice.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept them)
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): pages visited, sign-ups and purchases, as statistics. Cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): to know which Facebook and Instagram ads bring visits, sign-ups and purchases. Cookie _fbp, up to 3 months.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): anonymous recordings of how people browse the website (movements, clicks and scrolling) and heatmaps, to find bugs and parts that are hard to use. What you type in forms is not recorded. Cookies _clck and _clsk, up to 1 year.
These services may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
How to accept or reject them
The first time you visit, we ask you with a notice. If you reject them, none of these services is loaded. You can change your mind by clearing the latinbox.es data in your browser: the notice will appear again.
How to delete them
You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. If you delete the session cookie, you will have to log in again.
