  • Credits are non-transferable between users.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If a subscription is cancelled, any unused credits may be removed from the account.

Refund Policy & Digital Content

Due to the nature of our service and the instant access to digital downloadable content, all purchases made on Latin Box are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any subscription, credits or digital content on Latin Box, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service is activated immediately after purchase.

  • You receive instant access to digital downloadable content.

  • No refunds will be issued, even if credits have not been used.

EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

According to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied online once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
